Launched the worlds most automated distribution center in in the Midwest, located within 2-day ground delivery of customers. Specific outcomes included consolidating five general ledgers into one, implementing a fully automated material handling system and launching a state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval system. The fulfillment operation required only one touch from pick to carrier resulting in huge cost savings. |
